twenty-one mornings
A guided first glass at dawn, one word a day, in a calm voice. Miss a morning and it simply waits. Finish, and a dawn blossom grows in your garden.
01 · pause
before the day asks anything of you, there’s this.
02 · intention
gratitude, clarity, courage, love or peace. it colours everything after.
03 · the pour
a breath in. a slow tilt. a moment of stillness, and the glass is yours.
04 · your words
a few words, spoken aloud. they settle quietly into your thread.
05 · the garden
one blossom for every morning you return. nothing is lost when you rest.
what you grow
Every morning you return, a blossom grows, its colour the intention you held that day. Miss a day, and that ground simply rests. Over weeks, your practice becomes a field you can wander back through.
a streak app
“don’t break the chain.”
Miss once and you’re back to zero.
your garden
“look what you’ve grown.”
A missed day is resting soil, not failure.

the practice

one
Gratitude, clarity, courage, love or peace. It colours every blossom you grow.

two
A breath, a tilt, a moment of stillness. A forgettable glass becomes a small ceremony that logs itself.

three
Say a few words aloud and watch them settle onto the page, into a journal you’ll want to revisit.
go deeper
Guided mornings, the moon’s rhythm, and sounds to keep. All optional, all gentle.

the idea behind rippl
Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese researcher, spent his life on one beautiful idea: that water might hold the imprint of the words, music and feeling around it.
Science never confirmed it, and we don’t present it as fact. We simply love the thought underneath: that the state you’re in when you drink might matter as much as the water itself. So we built rippl around one practice: to drink slowly, with presence, as if the water were listening.
Inspired by the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto. Offered as reflection, not medical advice.
rippl bloom
rippl will always be gentle. The daily ritual is free, forever. Membership simply keeps your whole garden growing.
